Keep the noise down, willya?

Eurasian Eagle owls (Bubo bubo) are the biggest of all owls (in length and weight) and they are striking with their orange eyes and "ears". They are called Uhu in Germany, after the sound they make, which you can listen to here

The Camera Critters mem has lots of cute critter photos, go and check it out!

Well Jennifer, all I can say is WOW! I love all birds but raptors and owls in particular. These are great captures of the Eagle Owl! An owl I would dearly love to see sometime in my life. I really love the final photo with the orange eye peeking out.

Maybe next time my wife (Brigitte is German) and I visit Germany , we will be able to see one of these incredible birds!

My first visit to your blog. I love it and will return to see more!
