Nature Notes: Walk in the Park

The magnolia is almost budding - wow. My neighbor has a magnolia. I'll take a look.

Like the Magnolia, I am awaiting spring and perhaps coming out a bit early myself. :)

I can't imagine for a moment that anything in Iowa is yet preparing for spring! I used to live in southern Germany and I recall mild winters, at least compared to the upper Midwest US.

Nice to see some sunshine and warm temperatures somewhere....I received the book that my husband's Uncle wrote and there is a lot of info in it. Sad a lot of it and I am slowly going through it..Thank you again for your help....Michelle

Beautiful place to walk. So peaceful, though awfully cold. It is heartening to see the spring buds swelling.
